We can replace your expensive electric heating with High Heat Retention Electric Storage Heaters that are fully programmable. The new heaters charge overnight using low-cost off-peak electricity.
To take advantage of the free electric storage heaters you must have existing electric heating and be in receipt of a qualifying benefit. Electric heating is insufficient and can be very expensive to heat your home.
High Heat Retention Electric Storage Heaters are designed to convert off-peak electricity into thermal energy, store it, and then release it continuously throughout the day.
Your electricity tariff must be Economy 7, cheap night time electricity to store heat and then release it to warm your home during the day time when electricity is more expensive.
Energy suppliers have introduced electricity tariffs such as Economy 7 which require a special meter to track day and night use of electricity, so that it can be charged at a different rate per kilowatt hour (kWh).
